Why Our Residents Love It Here

I am a fortunate person who has found a second home at LakeHouse Taylor Place. I have many happy friends. Lonesome is a word I seldom use these days. The staff is a friendly group you learn to treasure, and the director's door is always open.

I toured Lakehouse today and it’s wonderful! There is new management in compared to when I toured a year ago. Very welcoming and friendly staff. It smelled good and was clean. All of the residents looked happy and taken care of. I had the pleasure of eating lunch there too and it was delicious! I would definitely recommend checking this place out as an assisted living option for your loved one!

DeWolfe staff are the most caring, loving people to my mom. We love that it's small, we know the staff by name and they know us. They keep it spotless and are always touching up paint, cleaning carpets, and decorating for every holiday. They pay attention to residents, their likes, dislikes and special needs. There are activities for everyone and family night dinners each month. Director Terri has brought a "woman's touch" to the place that makes it truly feel like home for the residents. My mom and our family feel very blessed to have her in such great care.

My mom and my family absolutely love DeWolfe Place here in Marion. It's perfect for my mom and I'm so glad she's here and able to be close to me. DeWolfe's staff is caring, attentive, dedicated, and professional. My mom says the food is really good and we all love the monthly Family Nights and special events and activities. DeWolfe Place is smaller than other assisted living facilities, but I like that because I feel that the staff and team are able to attend to all of the residents better. We truly love DeWolfe Place!

I live at DeWolfe Place and I am very happy with it here. I love the art/activities room and expanding my creativity. The staff are friendly and so helpful and everyone has made me feel so at home. My apartment is cozy and efficient and I am enjoying making it my home. I can feed and watch birds right outside my window and I get an occasional squirrel too! I feel lucky to have found an opening to move in to DeWolfe Place.
